All additional on-site activities take place within the eight-hour visit and depend on agreed access, personnel availability, and operating schedules.
Scope and delivery
- The proposal identifies the workflows, documents, participants, and delivery schedule before work begins.
- Spreadsheets and electronic logs are reviewed using agreed samples and date ranges. Full-dataset analysis is not included.
- Revision requests must be submitted together within 10 business days of the management walkthrough. Revisions cover corrections and clarifications to the agreed deliverables—not new documents, workflows, locations, or analysis.
- Additional site days, interviews, document review, or implementation require a separately approved scope and fee.
